目前高师分院存在着学前教育专业培养模式与新形势下幼儿园实际需要部分脱节的现象。例如课程体系设置不合理、学生基本功弱、所学知识不实用等问题。本文就我校近年来立足市场实际,对学前教育专业课程设置、培养目标、课程体系建设及教学方法、实践实训、招生就业等问题进行探索,以期形成科学、完善、创新、实用和具有地方特色的高师分院学前教育培养模式。
At present, there is a phenomenon that the training mode of pre-school education is partly out of line with the actual needs of kindergartens in the new situation. For example, the curriculum system set unreasonable, basic weak students, the knowledge is not practical and other issues. In this paper, based on the actual situation of our university in recent years, this paper explores the pre-school education curriculum, training objectives, curriculum system construction and teaching methods, practical training, enrollment and employment, and other issues to form a scientific, perfect, innovative, practical and with local Characteristics of the higher normal school pre-school education model.
