一、选择合理的炭化最终温度木材干馏工组是我厂木材热解的前道工序,它的产品、半产品的产量和质量直接影响到焦油工组、活性炭工组的生产。由于干馏工组的设备陈旧,原料含水率高,冬季气温低等因素,造成了干馏周期长,木炭炭化生,焦油得率低。推广应用优选法后,解决了上述问题。应用优选法之前,干馏工艺条件是:周期24小时;炭化最终温度390℃;保温10小时(390℃±5℃);工艺材含水率要求在25%以下。由于干馏原料供应有困难,工艺材得不到充分干燥,含水一般在35%以上,又处于冬季生
