本文探讨了海洋和建筑工程中焊接管节点在静载轴力作用下的设计承载力问题;在剖析各国规范中极限承载力公式及影响其强度的主要因素基础上,提出了建议的承载力公式;由建议公式及日本、美国、欧洲规范公式计算值与筛选的试验值进行统计计算比较,结果表明:建议公式概念明确,表达形式简洁,各系数计算方便,统计精度较高。最后,根据我国新规范设计原则,并考虑到国产材质和节点焊接条件,提出建议的设计承载力公式。
This paper discusses the design bearing capacity of welded pipe joints in marine and construction engineering under the static axial load. Based on the analysis of the ultimate bearing capacity formula and the main factors affecting its strength in the national standards, the proposed formula for bearing capacity is proposed. The proposed formula and the Japanese, American, European normative formulas calculated values and screening test values are compared statistically. The results show that the proposed formula has a clear concept, simple expression form, convenient calculation of various coefficients, and high statistical precision. Finally, based on the principles of our country’s new specification design, taking into account the domestic material and the welding conditions of the nodes, the proposed formula for the design bearing capacity is proposed.
