突发性眩晕是椎基底动脉供血不足(简称VBI)最常见的症状之一,临床治疗多予扩血管,活血化瘀药物如“脉络宁”“丹参”“维脑路通”等注射静点,疗效均不满意。我院近两年观察了45例VBI患者在以上治疗基础上加用脑力隆胶丸口服,疗效满意现报告如下。 1 临床资料 1.1 病例选择:我院从2001年1月～2003年9月选择病例94例,所有病例均以眩晕为首发症状,且符合1989年WHO推荐的“可能VBI“诊断标准,起
