新课程改革强调学生学习方式的转变。小组合作学习作为本次课程改革积极倡导的有效学习方式之一,因其具有使学生优势互补、形成良好人际关系,促进学生个性健全发展的优点,越来越多的老师在课堂教学过程中采用这一方法。但是,我们在教学实践及听课活动中发现,真正要将小组合作学习行之有效地开展,绝非易事。一、小组合作学习的实质“小组合作学习是指学生在小组或团体中为了完成共同的任务,有明确的责任分工的互助性学习。”(肖川:《新课程与学习方式变革》,北京师范大学教育学院)对于这个意义的理解,我认为应该有三层意思:
