用温酚法分别从柱状嗜纤维菌(Cytophaga columnaris)、嗜水气单胞菌(Aeromonas hydrophila)和叉尾鮰爱德华菌(Edwardsiella ictaluri)3种鱼类致病菌中提取粗脂多糖(LPS)作为免疫原,分别接种斑点叉尾鮰(Ictalurus punctalus Rafinsque)后,通过测定受免鱼的交叉凝集抗体效价、头肾和血液中吞噬细胞的吞噬活性以及对A.hydrophila活菌细胞内的杀菌活性,探讨了3种致病菌的粗LPS对斑点叉尾鮰的免疫原性。结果表明,从3种致病菌中提取的粗LPS对斑点叉尾鮰均具有较强的免疫原性,受免鱼的血清中存在对3种致病菌的交叉凝集抗体,与对照鱼相比,头肾和血液中吞噬细胞对吞噬原的吞噬活性和对A.hydrophila活菌杀菌活性明显上升。说明在3种供试菌的粗LPS上不同程度地存在3种致病菌的共同保护性抗原。
Crude lipopolysaccharide (LPS) was extracted from three kinds of pathogenic bacteria of fish such as Cytophaga columnaris, Aeromonas hydrophila and Edwardsiella ictaluri, After being inoculated with Ictalurus punctalus Rafinsque respectively, the phagocytic activity of phagocytes in head kidney and blood, and the bactericidal activity in A.hydrophila viable cells were tested by measuring the titer of cross-agglutinated antibodies against the fish, Immunogenicity of Channel catfish by Crude LPS of Three Pathogenic Bacteria. The results showed that the crude LPS extracted from the three kinds of pathogenic bacteria had strong immunogenicity to the channel catfish, and there was cross-agglutination antibody to the three pathogenic bacteria in the serum of the fish without fish. Compared with the control fish, The phagocytic activity of phagocytic cells and the bactericidal activity of A. hydrophila live bacteria in head kidney and blood were significantly increased. The common protective antigens of three kinds of pathogenic bacteria were shown to varying degrees on the crude LPS of the three kinds of tested bacteria.
