目的了解廊坊市某制造企业接噪工人的健康状况,探讨职业性强噪声对已采取个体防护措施的工人心血管系统的影响。方法检测该企业生产场所的噪声强度,对291名接噪工人进行职业健康检查,并对体检结果进行统计分析。结果 21个检测点噪声强度均超过85dB(A);35人患高血压,占12.0%;38人心电图检查表现异常,占13.2%;高血压患病率、心电图异常检出率均具有随工人接噪工龄增长而增加的线性趋势(P<0.05)。结论长期接触强噪声对配戴个体防护用品的工人心血管系统仍具有一定的损伤作用,还应采取更有效的措施加强对作业工人的健康保护。
Objective To understand the health condition of noise-exposed workers in a manufacturing enterprise in Langfang and to explore the influence of occupationally-intensive noise on the cardiovascular system of workers who have taken individual protective measures. Methods The noise intensity in the workplace of the enterprise was detected. Occupational health examination was conducted on 291 noise-exposed workers and the results of the physical examination were statistically analyzed. Results The noise intensity of all the 21 test sites exceeded 85 dB (A); 35 patients had hypertension, accounting for 12.0%; 38 patients had abnormal electrocardiogram (13.2%); the prevalence of hypertension and electrocardiogram abnormalities were all higher than those of workers The linear trend increased with the increase of working age (P <0.05). Conclusion Long-term exposure to strong noise may still have some damage to the cardiovascular system of workers wearing personal protective equipment. More effective measures should be taken to strengthen the health protection of workers.
