一、设计依据和构想关于生长素的生理作用,教材首先结合前面讲过的向光性内容,分析了植物显示出向光性的原因,并由此得出生长素能促进植物生长的结论。然后,结合一些例子,讲述了生长素对植物生长的两重性。前后两部分内容似乎产生了矛盾。利用这一矛盾激起学生的求知欲和好奇心,使学生对所要探索的内容产生浓厚的兴趣,引导学生主动进行探究性学习。通
