目的:探讨促进0~2岁儿童早期智能发育的主要内容。方法:用小儿发育筛查表(DDST)筛查来延边妇幼保健院儿保门诊健康体检的577名0~2岁儿童个人-社会能力、精细动作、语言、大运动发育。评价结果为正常、异常、可疑及无法测定。结果:557名0~2岁儿童中正常儿童502名(90.1%),可疑39名(7.0%),异常14名(2.5%),无法测定2名(0.4%)。502名正常儿童个人社会适应能力、精细动作、语言、运动发育中0~1岁正常未通过的儿童分别为28名、181名、71名、81名,精细动作>大运动>语言>个人-社会能力;1~2岁正常未通过的儿童分别为26名、47名、51名、37名,语言>精细动作>大运动>个人-社会适应能力;全部通过的儿童为274名(54.6%)。结论:运动发育(精细和大运动)是促进大脑发育的重要因素,而且精细动作、语言、大运动、个人-社会能力是促进大脑发育中互相联系、互相促进作用的不可缺少的内容,是早期教育的主要内容。
Objective: To explore the main content of promoting the early intelligence development of children aged 0 ~ 2 years. Methods: Five hundred and seventy children aged 0 ~ 2 years old who were screened by the DDST from Yanbian Maternity and Child Health Hospital for health checkups were evaluated for their social ability, fine motor skills, language and physical activity.
