本文针对接触起停式小型硬盘驱动器头盘系统中冲击特性的研究,就头盘系统数学模型的建立,头盘冲击失效的机理及头盘接触应力的分析等进行了综述,并在此基础上介绍了提高小型硬盘驱动器抗冲击性能的结构措施。
In this paper, we study the impact characteristics of the head-plate system that contacts the start-stop small-size hard disk drive, and summarize the establishment of mathematical model of the head plate system, the mechanism of the first-disk impact failure and the analysis of the contact stress of the head plate. The structural measures to improve the impact resistance of small hard disk drives are introduced.
