组织知识创造是创造了个体知识并使其扩大的过程,同时还包括将这些个体知识与组织的知识系统明确关系并连接。换句话说,个体在他们(工作或)生活中所获得的同时使他们的同事也获益,并且最终使整个组织获益。解释这个过程的理论——组织知识创造理论——最近15年在学术界发展很快,并且在管理实践中得到广泛应用。本文回顾了组织知识创造理论的核心要素,并定义了以该理论为出发点学术研究中的演化路径。本文又继续提出了未来可以推进组织知识创造理论研究的可能领域。
Organizational knowledge creation is the process of creating and expanding individual knowledge. It also includes explicitly associating and linking these individual knowledge with the organizational knowledge system. In other words, individuals gain from their (work or) life while also benefiting their colleagues and ultimately benefiting the entire organization. The theory that explains this process—the theory of organizational knowledge creation—has developed rapidly in academia in the past 15 years and has been widely used in management practices. This article reviews the core elements of organizational knowledge creation theory and defines the evolutionary path in academic research starting from this theory. This article continues to propose possible areas for further research on organizational knowledge creation theories in the future.
