企业集团是适应社会主义有计划商品经济和社会化大生产的需要而新产生的一种经济组织。在改革的大潮中这种经济组织发展的很快,据有关部门统计,全国企业集团已超过1500个,其中一部分大型企业集团已在国家实行计划单列,成为国家发展经济的骨干力量。有的企业集团在有关部门支持下,走出发展集团的新路子,突破所有制,隶属关系、财政上缴渠道“三不变力,实行资产一体化,人财物,产供销实行统一管理。(简称六统一)。就我们东北输变电设备公司(集团)来说,走到这一步还需要一个过程。本文就企业集团实行“六统一”问题谈谈看法。
An enterprise group is an economic organization newly created to meet the needs of the socialist planned commodity economy and socialized production. In the tide of reforms, such economic organizations have developed rapidly. According to relevant department statistics, the number of enterprise groups in the country has exceeded 1,500. Some of these large-scale enterprise groups have implemented separate plans in the country and have become the backbone of the country’s economic development. Some enterprise groups, with the support of relevant departments, have stepped out of the development group’s new path, breaking through ownership, subordination, and financial transfer channels, “three constants, implementation of asset integration, human assets, production, supply and sales to implement unified management.” For our Northeast Power Transmission and Transformation Equipment Corporation (Group), it takes a further step to reach this stage. This article talks about the implementation of the “six-unification” problem for enterprise groups.
