创业初期,中小投资创业者常常会感到势单力孤,或在资金,或在管理、技术方面都有不足,因而合伙创业就成了一个重要的选择。采用这种方式,不但可以汇聚各方资源,加速资本积累,缩短学习曲线,还可以在一个较高的起点上运作,得到单打独斗所不具备的好处。但相应的也会加大经营管理的难度,往往因合伙人之间经营理念分歧、利益分配不当,而使企业陷入危机。“爱多”的衰败,就肇始于与合伙人的内部矛盾。因此,在采取合伙方式之前,创业者必须清楚,应当在什么前提下合伙,以什么方式合伙。从笔者多年来指导创业的经验看,合伙创业有三个原则必须坚持,六种方式可供选择。
In the early days of entrepreneurship, small and medium-sized investment entrepreneurs often felt lonely, or lack of funds, or management, technical aspects, so partnership has become an important choice. In this way, not only can we pool the resources of all parties, speed up the accumulation of capital, shorten the learning curve, but also operate at a high starting point and get the benefits that go beyond being alone. However, the corresponding management will also increase the difficulty of management, often due to differences in business partners between partners, improper distribution of benefits, leaving the enterprise in crisis. The decline of “love more” begins with the internal conflicts with the partners. Therefore, before taking a partnership, the entrepreneur must know exactly what the partnership should be and on what basis. From the author's experience of guiding entrepreneurship for many years, there are three principles of partnership and entrepreneurship that must be adhered to and six ways to choose from.
