安氏Ⅱ类1分类错畸形是临床上常见的一类错畸形,对患者面部美观、咬合、心理健康造成不利的影响[1]。临床上一般采用拔牙矫治来矫治深覆盖、深覆,以改善患者的美观及咬合。常用的拔牙方式是上下颌拔除4颗第一前磨牙矫治,也有上颌单颌拔除14,24矫治安氏Ⅱ类1分类错畸形的研究[2-4]。本研究探讨安氏Ⅱ类1分类错上牙列单颌拔牙矫治后颞下颌关节间隙的变化,现报告如下。 Angle Class 1 Division 1 malocclusion is a common clinical category of malformations deformity, the patient facial appearance, occlusion, mental health adversely affect [1].
