本文根据模糊技术中的灰关联分析,采用HS610e数字式超声波探伤仪进行缺陷检测,按常规的A扫描超声探伤方法进行扫查。依据不同波形的特点,根据模糊数学中特征值的提取方法,对波形的特征值进行分类提取,并对其进行归一化处理后建立典型焊缝损伤波形数据库。将所需检验缺陷回波数据与典型焊缝损伤波形数据库的数据进行灰关联度计算,从而根据计算结果进行比较可以完成识别工作。根据实验结果,基本实现了预期目标。并且在此基础上对超声波探伤缺陷识别的一些关键技术进行了研究和探索,对后续工作提出了建议。
According to the gray relational analysis in the fuzzy technology, this paper uses the HS610e digital ultrasonic flaw detector to inspect the defects and carries out the scanning by the conventional A-scan ultrasonic flaw detection method. According to the characteristics of different waveforms, according to the method of extracting eigenvalues in fuzzy mathematics, the eigenvalues of waveforms are extracted and classified, and the typical weld damage waveform database is established after normalized processing. The required inspection defect echo data and the typical weld damage waveform database data gray correlation calculation, which according to the results of the comparison can be completed to identify the work. According to the experimental results, the basic goal is achieved. And on this basis, some key technologies of ultrasonic flaw detection are researched and explored, and suggestions for follow-up work are put forward.
