选取某车间配料自动化控制系统作为研究对象,研究了自动化系统的操作流程、控制原理以及操作控制过程,分析了该系统的应用局限性和缺陷,介绍了自动化系统的试车情况,分析了料浆指标的波动原因,并自此基础上探讨了引入数学模拟技术的必要性。通过研究非常规的在线标定方法,得到数学推导和数学回归两种方案,本文在两种方法优劣对比的前提下,结合两种方法进行标定。最后本文分别探讨了配料差值中料浆水分、烧成煤灰以及料浆混合的影响,并利用数学模拟技术提供了准确的指标,为自动化系统的完善提供依据。
The automatic control system of a workshop is selected as the research object. The operation flow, control principle and operation control process of the automation system are studied. The application limitations and defects of the system are analyzed. The test conditions of the automation system are introduced. The reason of the fluctuation is introduced. Based on this, the necessity of introducing mathematical simulation technology is discussed. By studying unconventional on-line calibration methods, two schemes of mathematical derivation and mathematical regression are obtained. In this paper, two methods are used to calibrate the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods. Finally, the paper discusses the effects of slurry moisture, calcined coal ash and slurry mixture in the difference of ingredients, and provides accurate indicators by using mathematical simulation technology to provide the basis for the improvement of the automation system.
