我院是一所拥有520张病床的综合医院,门诊除设有门诊药局外,又设立了门诊便民药局,它既能承担部分医生处方用药,又能满足病人购买非医生处方的普通药品。西药局平均每日承担医生处方和非医生处方近千张,仅凭两个药局详细而准确地向病人说明用药方法、剂量、注意事项及药品保存方法等很难做到。这无疑会使部分门诊病人难以正确用药,从而直接影响医疗效果。为此,我院于一九九五年初在门诊药局和门诊便民药局附近又设立了一处药品咨询门诊。该门诊由主管药师以上的高年资的药师坐台,象医生接诊病人一样,详细解答每一位前来咨询用药问题的病人的疑问。通过三年多的实践证明,此种做法不但受到本院医护人员的赞同,更颇
Our hospital is a general hospital with 520 beds. In addition to out-patient clinics, out-patient clinics are also set up for outpatient convenience pharmacies, which can take part in the prescriptions prescribed by doctors and can satisfy patients’ purchase of generic drugs prescribed by non-doctors . Western medicine on an average daily doctor’s prescription and nearly a thousand prescriptions by non-doctors, only two pharmacies detailed and accurate instructions to the patient medication, dosage, precautions and drug preservation methods are difficult to do. This will undoubtedly make it difficult for some outpatients to properly administer the drug and thus directly affect the medical effect. To this end, our hospital in early 1995 in the out-patient pharmacies and outpatient convenience pharmacy and set up a drug counseling clinic. The clinic, which is run by senior pharmacists who are in charge of pharmacists or above, looks at the patient’s questions about every patient who comes to consult with the patient, like a doctor visits a patient. Through more than three years of practice, this practice has not only been endorsed by medical staff in our hospital, but also quite
