1997年 3月— 2 0 0 1年 11月 ,我们采用国产ＧＦ -Ｉ型吻合器行食管胃机械吻合后 ,再沿吻合口手法间断缝合一周 ,并用胃壁“围巾式”包埋吻合口治疗食管癌 2 2 3例 ,无吻合口并发症发生 .现报告如下。1 临床资料本组男 16 6例 ,女 5 7例 ;年龄 2 9～ 76岁 ,平均 5 6 .6岁。其
March 1997 - November 2010, we used a domestic GF-I type stapler for esophagogastric mechanical anastomosis, followed by an interrupted suture along the anastomotic maneuver for one week, and an anastomotic stoma was wrapped with the stomach wall “scarf type” to treat the esophagus. There were 223 cases of cancer without anastomotic complications.
