液压控制翻板门是采用油压系统控制翻板门的启闭过程,减小水流对翻板门的拍击作用,增加门体稳定性,是自控翻板门迈向可控翻板门的一条重要途径.其中翻板门启门力的大小及在启闭过程中力的变化是实施有效控制的前提.本文采用模型实验和流场计算相结合的方法,对这一新型液压控制翻板门的门板压强分布、启门力大小及变化规律、降低启门力的措施进行了较为深入的研究,取得了一定研究成果.这一研究为液压翻板门启门力分析提供了有效方法,对液压启闭系统的设计具有重要意义,有助于液压控制翻板门的推广应用.
