目前,我国墙体材料的产品结构很不合理。1983年,实心粘土砖仍占墙体材料总量的95%。实心粘土砖,除了块小体重,不利于现代化施工外,有些地方还要取土毁田,生产耗能也高。如果不利用工业废渣,生产纯粘土实心砖,每立方米耗能95公斤(标准煤)左右,而加气混凝土每立方米能耗60公斤,建筑砌块每立方米耗能32~62公斤,灰砂制品和粉煤灰硅酸盐制品为每立方米70公斤,粘土空心砖每立方米为47~72公斤。这些产品的生产耗能一般比纯粘土实心砖低20%以上,有的可降低50%。因此,改革产品结构,是墙体材料工业节能的根本途径。
At present, the product structure of China’s wall materials is very unreasonable. In 1983, solid clay bricks still accounted for 95% of the total wall material. Solid clay bricks, in addition to their small weight, are not conducive to modern construction. In some places, they are also used to destroy land and produce high energy consumption. If industrial waste solids are not used, pure clay solid bricks will be produced, which will consume about 95 kilograms (standard coal) per cubic meter, while the aerated concrete will consume 60 kilograms per cubic meter, and the building blocks will consume 32-62 kilograms per cubic meter. The lime sand products and fly ash silicate products are 70 kg/m3, and the clay hollow bricks are 47–72 kg/m3. The production energy of these products is generally lower than the pure clay solid brick by more than 20%, and some can be reduced by 50%. Therefore, reforming the product structure is the fundamental way to save energy in the wall material industry.
