This article describes an automatic calorimeter that enables a calorimeter to quickly reach a stable thermal balance. The low-power calorimeter with this tuning system operates at (1 ~ 8.2) GHz with an operating level of 10mW, with an uncertainty of ± 0.26% and a stable thermal balance of less than 1.5 minutes .
