目的 探讨高海拔地区ARDS监测指标和诊断标准。方法 对 1989 199810年间死于ARDS/MOF的 94例进行回顾性分析。结果 高海拔区严重创伤 /感染病人 ,AIS -ISS院内评分 >2 0分 ,呼吸率≥ 2 8次 /min ,PaO2 /FiO2 ≤ 15 0mmHg ,吸氧条件下 (FiO2 ≥ 0 4)A -aDO2 ≥15 0mmHg,SaO2 ≤ 85 %是诊断ARDS的重要依据。结论 高海拔地区ARDS诊断标准与平原地区相比有明显差异
Objective To explore the monitoring index and diagnostic criteria of ARDS in high altitude area. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 94 patients who died of ARDS / MOF between 1989 and 1998. Results The AIS -ISS nosocomial score> 20, respiration rate ≥ 28 per minute, PaO2 / FiO2 ≤ 150 mmHg, FiO2 ≥ 0 4 A-aDO2 ≥ 15 0mmHg, SaO2 ≤ 85% is an important basis for the diagnosis of ARDS. Conclusion The diagnostic criteria of ARDS in high altitude area are obviously different from those in plain areas
