在复式教学中,学生独立学习的时间多,如何利用这部分时间提高学习效率,有赖于提高学生自学能力。小学生的自学能力一般比较差。这是因为小学生注意的稳定性差,容易“分心”;他们好动,注意持久性也差。他们缺乏自控能力,学习方法也少,因此培养学生的自学能力,是我们复式教师的重要任务,我在教学中针对小学生自学能力差的原因,对症下药。一、立疑激趣,手脑并用,增强学生注意的稳定性和持久性。1.立疑激趣,变有意注意为无意注意。小学生的学习是以无意注意为主,而且注意的稳定性差,所以只有使“这种学习的本身渐渐引起他的兴
