潍坊电厂一期工程为两台国产300M W 机组。主厂房各层楼板、吊车梁、汽机房屋面板均为钢绞线先张法预应力构件。施工顺利,构件性能达到和超过了设计预期值。用钢绞线作为预应力构件的配筋很值得推广。钢绞线不需要焊接接长,不需要墩粗,不需要冷拉,避免了Ⅳ级钢筋对焊接长的施工过程和焊接质量不易保证的困难,极大地便利了施工。钢绞线设计强度几乎是Ⅳ级钢筋的二
The first phase of Weifang Power Plant is two domestically produced 300M W units. The slabs of the main building, crane girders, and turbine housing panels are strand pretensioning prestressed members. The construction was successful and the component performance reached and exceeded the design expectations. Reinforcing steel strands as prestressed components is worth promoting.
