为了研究不同发育阶段青海湖裸鲤肠道杯状细胞和上皮内淋巴细胞的分布和数量变化规律,试验采用组织学和组织化学法对2年组、3年组和6年组青海湖裸鲤不同肠段杯状细胞和上皮内淋巴细胞的分布和数量变化规律进行比较研究。结果表明:随着年龄增长,青海湖裸鲤肠道上皮内淋巴细胞数量逐渐增多,但2年组和3年组相比差异不显著(P>0.05);而杯状细胞数量在2年组时较多,3年组时显著减少(P<0.05),6年组时显著增多(P<0.05),其中6年组肠道的杯状细胞数量与2年组和3年组相比分别增加14.85%、73.80%,且差异显著(P<0.05)。同一年龄的不同肠段相比,上皮内淋巴细胞数量在中肠最多,而杯状细胞在前肠最多。
