目的:探讨Forsus推杆矫治器治疗安氏II类错引起的牙颌面结构变化。方法:采用Forsus推杆矫治器对21例11~16岁安氏II类错患者进行治疗,并对术前术后X线片进行头影测量分析。结果:经过6~9个月治疗,下颌向前生长(2.73±1.13)mm,而上前牙舌倾(1.87±2.26)mm,下前牙唇倾(4.74±1.47)mm,覆盖减小(6.61±1.77)mm,其中上下颌骨生长所致占35.1%,牙齿移动占64.9%,磨牙关系改正中骨性因素占51.6%,牙性因素占48.4%。结论:Forsus推杆矫治器是一种简便可行的固定功能矫治器,对安氏II类错能产生较显著的生长改良作用。
Objective: To investigate the change of dento-maxillofacial structure caused by Class 2 malocclusion with Forsus push rod appliance. Methods: Twenty-one patients with Class II malocclusion aged 11 to 16 years were treated with Forsus push rod appliance. Cephalometric analysis of preoperative and postoperative radiographs was performed. Results: After 6 to 9 months of treatment, the forward growth of the mandible was (2.73 ± 1.13) mm, while the inclination of the anterior teeth was (1.87 ± 2.26) mm, the anterior inclination of the anterior teeth was (4.74 ± 1.47) mm, the coverage was decreased 6.61 ± 1.77) mm, of which 35.1% were caused by maxillary and mandibular growth, 64.9% were tooth movement, 51.6% were corrected for molars, and 48.4% were dental factors. Conclusion: The Forsus putter is a simple and feasible fixed functional appliance, which can significantly improve the growth of Class Ⅱ malocclusion.
