在资源日趋紧缩和信息化变革的背景下,中国企业面临转型的机遇和任务。转型是极复杂的系统改变过程,目前急需进行构建一套企业转型评价指标体系。本文运用转型理论,结合战略管理及行业环境分析,构建了企业转型评价的指标体系。运用粗糙集方法对转型指标进行约简并进行权重计算,最终得到了评价排序结果。实例验证了该指标体系的有效性和实用性,并验证了当前企业转型的主要路径是企业技术变迁。
In the context of increasingly tightening resources and informational changes, Chinese enterprises are faced with the opportunities and tasks of transition. Transformation is a very complicated process of system change, so it is urgently needed to build a set of evaluation index system of enterprise transformation. This article uses the theory of transformation, combined with strategic management and industry environment analysis, builds the index system of enterprise transformation evaluation. Rough set method is used to reduce the transformation index and calculate the weight, and finally get the result of evaluation ranking. The example verifies the validity and practicability of the index system and verifies that the main path of the current enterprise transformation is the technological change of enterprises.
