I am a primary school mathematics teaching in Nanjing City backbone, city discipline leaders. I have been invited to many places, attended by many peer praise class, the school also with a group of apprentice. I feel math teaching techniques to cultivate “plateau area ” melon already ripe, it is difficult to raise again. However, three factors make me aware of the teaching skills to enhance “Heaven and Earth ”. First, the school sent me to participate in creating a branch school, building a new campus culture, the need to form a cultural awareness, emphasizing the cultural quality of mathematics classroom;
