班级教学中学生的学习差异是普遍存在的现象,尤其是在小学数学科目上表现尤为突出。在教学实践中,大多数教师按照传统的教学方法,仅仅考虑单方面的要求,导致了这样一种“优等生吃不饱,中等生吃不好,后进生吃不了”的教学现象。优等生得不到充分的发展,潜力得不到挖掘,而差等生则跟不上基本的教学进度。针对这一现状,本文提出了以下问题:分层教学应如何运用在小学数学科目中以达到提高教学质量的目的?
Differences in learning among students in class teaching are common phenomena, especially in elementary mathematics subjects. In teaching practice, most teachers follow the traditional teaching methods and only consider the unilateral requirements, resulting in such a teaching phenomenon that “excellent students are unable to eat enough, middle students eat badly and students can not eat afterwards”. Excellent students are not fully developed, the potential can not be tapped, and poor students can not keep up with the basic teaching progress. In response to this situation, this paper raises the following questions: How to use layered teaching in primary mathematics to achieve the purpose of improving teaching quality?
