“圈内人”这种高质量的领导—成员交换关系(LMX)对下属的行为有着非常积极的影响,群体中领导—成员交换关系的相对质量(RLMX)也会对其行为产生十分有意义的影响,但是这些影响作用的过程却没有得到充分的关注。本文对国内外有关“领导—成员交换关系影响下属行为的机制”的实证研究进行了系统的归纳和总结,发现领导—成员交换关系的影响机制主要可以从社会交换、社会认知、内在动机、社会比较等几个方面来解释。
