在社会主义市场经济中,劳资关系也是客观存在的。随着非公有制中小企业在宁波的不断发展,和谐劳资关系协调机制的构建日益成为一个重要课题。政府在当前的劳资关系调整中发挥着主导作用,应引导企业和劳动者成为利益的共同体而非对立面,最终建立对三方都有益的和谐劳资关系机制。
In the socialist market economy, labor-capital relations also exist objectively. With the continuous development of non-public-owned SMEs in Ningbo, the construction of a harmonious labor-capital coordination mechanism has become an increasingly important issue. The government plays a leading role in the current adjustment of the relations between employers and employees. It should guide enterprises and workers to become the community of interests rather than the opposite and ultimately establish a harmonious labor-capital relations mechanism that benefits all three parties.
