从提高系统定位精度出发,对SC—2A光栅检测闭环伺服控制系统的动态特性进行了理论分析,并给出了一种微机实时动态控制方法。
Starting from improving the system positioning accuracy, the dynamic characteristics of SC-2A grating closed-loop servo control system are analyzed theoretically, and a real-time microcomputer dynamic control method is given.
