本文报道输精管三种节育术后并发症、配偶怀孕和自诉为术后并发疵的随访调查8917例的结果。三种术后并发症发生率1.11％(血肿0.04％,感染0.08％,痛性结节0.46％,附睾郁积症0.38％,神经官能症0.11％),其中男扎并发症为1.21％,男堵1.03％,Ⅱ号药0.72％,三种木式术后并发症发生率间差别无显著意义。配偶怀孕总发生率1.59％,其中节育半年后怀孕0.77％,半年内怀孕0.52％,术前已怀孕0.23％,社会因素怀孕0.05％。自诉为术后并发症发生率1.48％。调查表明,输精管三种节育术是安全的,各种并发症低,效果可靠。
This article reports the results of three follow-up surveys of the vas deferens post-natal complications, spouse pregnancy and private prosecution for postoperative complications. The incidence of postoperative complications was 1.11% (hematoma 0.04%, infection 0.08%, painful nodules 0.46%, epididymitis 0.38%, neurosis 0.11%), of which male complications were 1.21% male obstruction 1.03%, Ⅱ 0.72% drug, three kinds of wooden postoperative complications no significant difference between the significance. The total incidence of spouse pregnancy 1.59%, of which 0.77% pregnant after six months of birth, pregnancy 0.52% within six months, preoperative pregnancy was 0.23%, 0.05% of pregnancy-related social factors. Private prosecution for the postoperative complication rate of 1.48%. Investigation shows that the vas deferens three kinds of birth control is safe, all kinds of complications are low, the effect is reliable.
