随着社会的发展,经济、文化事业都在高速发展,档案安全管理规范化与也随之受到人们的广泛关注。人事档案是企业员工信息的重要载体,全面记载员工基本情况,反映着员工个人经历、能力和德才综合表现;是企业全面考察了解、正确评价和使用人才的重要依据。档案工作具有滞后性的特点,因而常常被人忽视它的存在,然而档案在公司部门的管理建设中却扮演者不可缺少的一部分,档案工作处理得好与坏则显示着并影响着公司管理建设的水平。处理好人事档案工作与公司管理建设的关系,可以有效的处理公司的事物,提高公司各部门工作者的档案意识,有利于档案安全管理的开展,使公司管理建设工作得到正常发展,提高公司工作效率。
With the development of society, economic and cultural undertakings are developing rapidly. The standardization of file security management is also followed by widespread concern. However, the file has an indispensable part in the management and construction of the company department. The good and bad of the file management shows and affects the management of the company s level. Handling the relationship between personnel files and company management and construction can effectively handle the affairs of the company and raise the awareness of archives of workers in various departments of the company, which is conducive to the development of file safety management so that the management and construction work of the company can be normalized and the work of the company can be enhanced effectiveness.
