通过对广东省普宁市4所小学音乐教育的教学理念、教学设备、教师队伍的结构与素质以及教学管理等方面的现状进行调查研究,剖析了教育理念、教学设备、教师队伍与教学管理等方面所存在问题的各种主、客观因素。为推进农村小学音乐教育不断发展,从改变教育教学观念、加大教育投入,尤其是对农村小学音乐教育的倾斜、以及师资队伍的建设等方面,提出了改变教学理念、改进教学设备、强大师资队伍与加强教学管理等建议。
