生产经营要发展,立足点应该放在哪里?有些同志认为,要发展,就要多上新项目,尤其是在商品经济高度发展的今天,商品周期越来越短,手头多掌握几个项目,就可以灵活应变,所谓“东方不亮西方亮”,“黑了南方有北方”。故此,就有了“嘴含一个,筷夹一个,眼盯一个”的形象说法。咋一听,似乎有道理。生产经营要发展,不多上几个新项目怎么行呢?但仔细想想,尤其是从近年来部队生产经营发展实践和一些单位的经验教训来看,并不见得有好效果。这种急于求成,囫囵吞枣的做法,常常欲速不达,事与愿违。是生产经营发展中急功近利情绪的外在表现。

Especially when commodity economy is highly developed, the commodity cycle is getting shorter and shorter, and several projects are on hand. The development of production and operation will not be able to do more than a few new projects. However, when we think about it in detail, especially from the practice of the production and operation of the military in recent years and the experiences and lessons of some organizations, it does not necessarily have good results. This kind of eagerness for success and swiftness to swallow dates are often unpleasant and unwilling. It is the external performance of quick success and instant benefit in the development of production and operation.
