目的对比分析二氧化碳锆嵌体以及铸造钴铬合金嵌体治疗后牙邻面缺损的情况。方法因龋损或者折裂等原因就诊的患者70例(每人一颗牙),随机分为对照组和实验组,各35例。对照组采用铸造钴铬合金嵌体治疗,实验组采用二氧化碳锆嵌体治疗,两组患者均给予12~24个月的随访,对比观察两组患者临床疗效。结果对照组总有效率为77.14%,实验组总有效率为99.28%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论二氧化碳锆嵌体修复牙邻面缺损效果显著,能有效提高填充后牙齿强度和美观度,保存牙体硬组织,保护牙周组织健康,值得临床上广泛推广使用。
Objective To compare and analyze the situation of zirconium dioxide inlay and the abutment defect after casting cobalt-chromium inlay. Methods A total of 70 patients (one tooth per patient) were enrolled in the study because of carious lesions or fractures. They were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with cast-in cobalt-chromium inlay. The experimental group was treated with zirconium dioxide inlay. The patients in both groups were followed up for 12-24 months. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the control group was 77.14%, the total effective rate of the experimental group was 99.28%, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Zirconium dioxide inlay is effective in repairing the defect of the adjacent face, which can effectively improve the dental strength and aesthetics after filling, preserve the hard tissue of the tooth and protect the periodontal tissue, which deserves wide application in clinic.
