新课标指导下的小学语文教学活动在理念与方法上出现了一定的变化,教师在课堂授课过程中更加尊重学生的主体地位,重视学生个体发展与个性需求的满足。分层教学是教学改革过程中出现的新型教学模式,该模式通过学生的知识掌握水平与学习能力的分析对学生群体进行分层,为不同层次的学生提供阶梯型的学习内容,保证各能力层级的学生均能在课堂学习活动中有所收获,培养学生的学习积极性与自信心。语文科目作为小学阶段的重点科目之一,学生的知识与能力分化特征较为明显,这一特征决定了在小学语文教学中应用分层教学具有可行性。
