激励是常用的管理手段,但有些地方和部门却运用得不够得当。要在管理中有效地运用激励机制,使激励发挥正导向作用,必须把激励个体置于首位。科学地运用两种激励因素,并为此创设必要的条件。
Incentives are commonly used management tools, but some localities and departments are not used properly. In order to effectively use incentives in management to make incentives play a positive role, we must place individuals in the first place. Scientifically use two kinds of incentives and create necessary conditions for this.
