本文首先分析了目前国内外化工高等教育遇到的问题和挑战,提出应当从化学工程学科理念创新的角度来认识化工并引领学生了解、热爱和献身化工。进而回顾了化学工程学科范式和内容的演进,讨论了当前化工学科发展面临的机遇和重要前沿问题,着重分析了目前化工高等教育在课程设置、教学模式和师资队伍方面存在的问题并提出了解决建议,特别是如何通过课程创新来启发学生发现问题的能力和以多学科交叉的方式解决问题的能力。
This paper first analyzes the problems and challenges encountered by higher chemical education both at home and abroad, and points out that chemical engineering should be recognized from the perspective of innovation in chemical engineering disciplines and leading students to understand, love and devote themselves to chemical engineering. Then it reviews the evolution of chemistry engineering discipline paradigm and content, discusses the opportunities and important frontier problems facing the current chemical engineering development, emphatically analyzes the existing problems in the curriculum setup, teaching mode and faculty in chemical engineering higher education and puts forward some solutions Suggestions, especially how to inspire students' ability to discover problems and their ability to solve problems in a multidisciplinary way through curriculum innovation.
