10月18日,中国北京。由中国企业联合会主办的“2000年企业管理培训高级论坛”在皇苑大酒店开幕。来自全国各地的140名代表汇聚一堂,激荡脑力,碰撞思想,围绕中国管理培训的改革与创新这一主题,进行了广泛而深入的交流与研讨。与会专家和代表指出,面对从“九五”到“十五”的历史性转折,面对新世纪的机遇和挑战,管理培训必须从经验走向科学,在市场经济大潮中寻找自己的定位,完成历史性的角色转换,才能更好地承担起时代赋予的重任,不断超越,走向繁荣。本刊记者与会采访,现撷取论坛发言精粹刊出,以期给读者以启发。
October 18, Beijing, China. The “2000 Enterprise Management Training Advanced Forum” hosted by China Enterprise Confederation was opened in Huangyuan Hotel. 140 delegates from all over the country came together to stir up their minds and ideas and conduct extensive and in-depth exchanges and discussions on the theme of reform and innovation in China’s management training. The experts and delegates attending the meeting pointed out: In the face of the historic turning point from the Ninth Five-Year Plan to the Tenth Five-Year Plan and the opportunities and challenges in the new century, management training must go from experience to science and find its own position in the tide of market economy. Only by completing the historical conversion of roles can we better shoulder the heavy responsibility entrusted by the times and continuously surpass and prosper.
