随着节能降耗的深入推进,某电厂3号、4号机组在引风机、脱硫增压风机合并后的基础上,采用汽轮机代替电动机驱动引风机。对炉膛负压控制策略、特殊管路配置、风机并列实验、异常工况分析等进行分析探讨,证明汽轮机驱动式引风机的创新型设计、可控性试验成果。研究成果对大型电厂辅机选型、调试、运行、改造等多方面都具有较大的参考价值。
With the further promotion of energy saving and consumption reduction, a power plant Unit 3 and Unit 4, on the basis of the merger of the induced draft fan and the desulfurization booster fan, adopt a steam turbine instead of a motor to drive the induced draft fan. Analyzes and discusses the furnace negative pressure control strategy, special pipeline configuration, side-by-side experiment of fan, analysis of abnormal working conditions and so on. It proves the innovative design and controllability test results of steam turbine driven draft fan. The research results have great reference value for the selection, commissioning, operation and transformation of auxiliary equipment of large power plants.
