为了提升农村学校教师的教学能力,提高农村教育教学质量,在校领导的高度重视下,改变了我校以前教研活动的模式,由单纯的“同课异构”转变为以“同课异构”为载体,有主题的“五课”形式。使做课教师驾处理教材和教学设计的能力明显提高。
In order to enhance the teaching capacity of rural school teachers and improve the quality of rural education and teaching, under the leadership of school leaders, the pattern of previous teaching and research activities of our school has been changed from a simple “same class isomerism” to a similar one.
