火炮瞄准轴和炮膛轴的平行性直接影响火炮弹着点的散布,是需要检测的重要静态参数之一。火炮平行性测量系统基于准直方法而设计,它以右炮管中心轴线为基准,设置与基准轴平行的瞄准光路和两条准直光路,分时对准左炮管、统调镜和瞄准镜,测量它们的轴线与右炮管中心轴的平行度。该系统能够实现35mm双管火炮的近距离单人操作目视测量,也可实现实时自动判读功能。误差分析表明,该系统的测量精度可以达到70″以内,满足设计要求。
The parallelism between the aiming axis and the barrel axis directly affects the distribution of the firing point of the artillery shell, which is one of the important static parameters to be detected. The artillery parallelism measurement system is designed based on the collimation method. It sets the aiming light path and two collimation light paths parallel to the reference axis based on the right barrel center axis, time-divisionally aligning the left barrel, the coherent mirror and the aiming Mirror and measure the parallelism between their axes and the right barrel center axis. The system enables close visual measurements of single-person 35mm dual-barrel artillery, as well as real-time automatic interpretation. Error analysis shows that the system’s measurement accuracy can reach within 70 "to meet the design requirements.
