随着我国文化教育的迅速发展,对人们素质的全面提高也有了更高的要求,在语文教学中不仅要注重素质的教育,也要注重人格的教育。社会的发展、国家的进步都需要良好的人格教育,人格素质可以说是一个人的核心素质,那么对于学校的语文教学工作,加强对人格教育的培养变成为了学校未来教育工作的重要内容。人格是人们的性格、态度、信仰等方面的综合体现,健康的人格不仅有利于个人素质的全面提高,也有利于满足社会、国家对人才的需求。实施人格教育工作,语文相比其他学科都具有很大优势,语文是一门具有人文性的学科,它与人格是密切相关的。所以,在语文教学中实施人格教育是很好的选择。本文从健全人格的重要性开始分析,从不同角度提出了健康的人格教育在语文教学中实施的措施,从而培养出具有健全人格素养的人。
With the rapid development of culture and education in our country, there is also a higher demand for the overall improvement of people’s quality. In language teaching, not only quality education but also personality education should be emphasized. The development of society and the improvement of our country all require a good personality education. Personality quality can be said to be the core quality of a person. Therefore, for the Chinese language teaching in schools, strengthening the cultivation of personality education becomes an important part of the school’s future education. Personality is a comprehensive reflection of people’s personality, attitude and beliefs. Healthy personality not only helps improve the overall quality of individuals, but also helps meet the needs of the society and the state in terms of talents. The implementation of personality education, language compared to other disciplines have great advantages, language is a humanistic discipline, which is closely related with the personality. Therefore, the implementation of personality education in Chinese teaching is a good choice. This article begins with the analysis of the importance of perfecting personality and puts forward the measures of implementing healthy personality education in Chinese teaching from different aspects so as to cultivate people with sound personality traits.
