老年性黄斑变性眼底荧光血管造影观察山西省眼科医院(030002)李春丽,刘少君,王晋云老年性黄斑变性(Senilemaculardegeneration简称SMD)是一种随年龄增长患病率不断增高的老年性疾病,也是造成老年人视力障碍及失明的主要原因之一,随着我国人民平均寿命的延长,发病率将有所增加。现将我院经眼底荧光血管造影观察的96例SMD报告如下。临床资料本文96例为经临床检查除外其它眼病,无荧光血管造影禁忌症者。并根据1986年全国眼底病学组制定诊断标准分型[1]。其中男性56例,女性40例;年龄15~78岁,平均61岁。萎缩型有32例,双眼者30例,视力0.1~1.5;渗出型有64例,双眼者16例,视力指数/眼前~0.4。所有病例均用20%荧光素钠液3ml经时静脉快速注入,用Topcon眼底照像机进行观察并拍照。眼底所见:①萎缩型:18例可见黄斑区色素脱失与沉着相间,后极部有大小不一,簇状或散在的黄色玻璃膜疣。14例黄斑区色素上皮萎缩,呈金箔样反光。②渗出型:30例黄斑区及周围大片暗红色不规则形出血区,间或周围有黄白色渗出斑。17例后极部出血呈灰黑色,部分边缘有深浅不一的眼红或鲜红色出血。9例形成血肿

Fundus seen: ① atrophy: 18 cases of macular degeneration can be seen with pigmentation and phase, the latter part of the different sizes, clusters or scattered yellow drusen. 14 cases of macular pigment epithelium atrophy, gold foil-like reflex. ② exudative type: 30 cases of macular area and surrounding large dark red irregular bleeding area, around or around the yellow-white oozing spot. 17 cases of posterior pole bleeding was gray-black, some edges have varying degrees of jealous or bright red bleeding. 9 cases of hematoma formation
