近年来,南靖县委、县政府坚持把加强农村富余劳动力转移作为实施“工业立县”发展战略的重点工程来抓,采取积极有力措施,进一步加大教育培训力度,全面提高劳动者素质,有效地促进农村富余劳动力的转移。截止日前,全县共有6.17万人转移到非农产业中,占农村劳动力的39.8%。一、依托载体,强化农村劳动力技能培训在培训对象上求延伸,扩大培训覆盖面。实现农村劳动力有序转移,最根本的是提高劳动者整体素质,因此改变过去只注重提高已转移人员素质的做法,打破旧框框,在提高已转移人员素质的同时,把培训目标向未转移人员延伸,有计划、有组织地加大富余劳动力的培训力度,千方百计地为富余劳动力转移就业创造条件。
