目的探讨交互式协作管理模式在金山区职业卫生管理中的作用。方法选取3个乡镇150家企业进行交互式协作管理模式的试点,用χ2检验比较试点1年后企业职业卫生自我培训率,体检率及职业危害因素检测率的变化情况。结果试点1年后,试点企业的职业卫生培训率从试点前的14.67%上升至试点后的42.00%(χ2=27.60,P<0.01),健康检查率从试点前的67.30%上升至试点后的95.85%(χ2=2035.44,P<0.01),职业危害因素检测率从试点前的64.28%上升至试点后的77.10%(χ2=42.07,P<0.01)。结论交互式协作管理模式能较好地适应金山区职业卫生管理运行要求,值得进一步推广和应用。
Objective To explore the role of interactive collaborative management in occupational health management in Jinshan District. Methods 150 enterprises in 3 townships were selected as pilot for interactive collaborative management. The changes of occupational health self-training rate, physical examination rate and occupational hazard factors were compared by χ2 test after 1 year. Results After one year of pilot project, the occupational health training rate of pilot enterprises increased from 14.67% before the trial to 42.00% after the pilot (χ2 = 27.60, P <0.01), and the rate of health examination increased from 67.30% before the trial to 95.85% (χ2 = 2035.44, P <0.01). The detection rate of occupational hazards increased from 64.28% before the trial to 77.10% after the trial (χ2 = 42.07, P <0.01). Conclusion Interactive collaborative management mode can better meet the occupational health management and operation requirements of Jinshan District, which deserves further promotion and application.
