近日,有一正准备出国学习的我市一知名重点高中的学生来母校看望老师。攀谈中谈到出国学习可能会遇到的困难,这位学生感叹道:数理化等基础学科不必担心,英语也不会有太大困难,最大的问题是一些有创新要求的作业。一句话道出了现行教育体制下我国学生与国外学生的差距。我们可以拿出很多个奥赛金牌选手,而创新人才的数量与很多国家相比,可谓望尘莫及。中国人才创新能力的缺乏,已成为“中国创造”的短板。
