本文从铁路经济效益和社会经济效益评价角度,对专用车和通用车进行比较分析,认为对占铁路运量40%以上的煤炭的运输目前仍应以C_(61)型和C_(62A)型敞车为主;K_(18)型漏斗车适用于南方100km左右的短途运输,可以组织固定车底循环,加速车辆周转。对一部分运量较小,社会效益显著的专用车,如冷藏车及毒品车应根据需要加以发展,并应有选择地发展散装水泥车、粮食漏斗车及家禽车。
Based on the comparative analysis of special vehicles and general vehicles from the perspectives of economic benefits and social economic benefits, this paper holds that the transportation of coal accounting for more than 40% of the railway traffic should still be based on C 61 and C 62A G_ (18) -type hopper car is suitable for short-distance transportation around 100km in the south, which can organize a fixed car bottom cycle and accelerate the vehicle turnover. For some special purpose vehicles with relatively small amount of traffic and significant social benefits, such as refrigerated trucks and drug vehicles, they should be developed as needed. Bulk cement trucks, grain hoppers and poultry trucks should be selectively developed.
